Lynne Hurdle-Price

 

Lynne Hurdle-Price is President of Hurdle-Price Professionals a Conflict Resolution and Diversity Awareness consultant organization based in the Bronx. During the twenty year life of this organization she has “edu-tained” parents, students, educators, agency personnel and corporate leaders both nationally and internationally. Her workshops and trainings are a practical blend of theater techniques, interactive learning, applicable skills, cultural competency building and passion.

As a wife, mother of two sons and an African-American woman, her work reflects her own real life application of the principles and techniques she teaches. Her work with parents and children allowed her to share her expertise on the national television shows "Court TV" and "Keeping Kids Healthy".

Her educational achievements include a B. A. in Public Affairs with a concentration in Non-Violent Conflict and Change and an M. Ed from Lesley College focusing on Creating Peaceable Schools. As an adjunct professor at New York University and John Jay College she taught courses on Mediation and Negotiation Skills, The Dynamics of Cross Cultural Conflict Management and Using Theater Techniques To Teach Peace.

She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to every arena!
